I just had to write and thank you once again for the spectacular work you did on our apartment in Sunny Isles. Your patience and organization during the many hours we shopped for all the things needed for a completely new kitchen and two new bathrooms was amazing, as was your patience and good humor throughout the redo. You obviously wanted us to be happy with the outcome and were willing to change anything, no matter how insignificant. The craftsmen you use really did a beautiful job, including rebuilding a cabinet to make it fit my needs. The apartment is in an older building and walls were in bad shape before your team repaired and repainted them so that they look brand new. Since all the work was done while we were at home in N.Y., I really appreciated that you always answer your phone and customers do not have to leave messages. You never said that anything was too much, too hard or impossible. You ordered and installed carpeting, window treatments and even accepted boxes sent to your home. Your attitude was "My job is to please my customers and I will do that to the best of my ability". You absolutely pleased this very perfectionistic customer, as you did the couple who recommended you to us. The final touch was when you did your walk-through with us this past weekend and saw a chair that needed repair and put it on your list. In this age of awful stories of dishonest contractors doing poor quality work, it is wonderful that you live up to your name ABLE QUALITY CONTRACTING.
